I design and prototype AI products where mistakes are expensive.

I’m Albear Halim, a product designer at Incorta in Alexandria, Egypt. Enterprise data, AI governance and healthcare. Product design since 2022, brand design since 2013.

Let the prototype make the argument.

At Incorta, a US data and analytics platform, I design the AI layer: the assistant, the controls for AI models and budgets, and the screens where a person reviews what the AI proposed.

I don’t hand people slides. I build a running prototype inside the real product, at real scale, so the decision is made on the thing itself.

Before that, four years leading UX on HiPharmacist, a platform independent US pharmacies run on, and brand work in Egypt, Qatar and the US since 2013. I also built UX Crit, a design review plugin now used across Incorta. I work in English and Arabic.

Seven rules.
The case studies prove them.

  1. 1The database is not the interface.Start from who is here, and the job.
  2. 2A state you didn’t design still ships.Empty, loading, partial, failed, resumed.
  3. 3Nothing happens silently.And undo beats confirmation.
  4. 4Real scale, or it isn’t a prototype.A thousand columns, not five.
  5. 5Prototype in the real product. On the real design system.
  6. 6Keep the rejected directions. They show the judgement.
  7. 7AI builds and audits. I decide.Taste written down as rules and tests.

Questions people ask.

What do you work on now?
I’m a User Experience Designer at Incorta, a US data and analytics platform, since February 2026. I design its AI layer: the assistant, AI governance, metadata review and AI-native dashboards.
What is UX Crit?
A plugin I built for AI code agents such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex: 4 commands, 8 skills and 2 agents that make the AI reason like a senior designer, then audit what it built. A second agent tries to disprove every finding. Its first big run found 16 real problems with none rejected, and Incorta rolled it out across the company in September 2026.
Can I see the enterprise work?
It is under NDA, so here it appears as patterns and decisions. In a call I walk through it, redrawn with invented data.
Do you code?
Enough to prototype honestly: HTML, CSS and JavaScript on the real design system, React, Playwright checks and Remotion for motion. UX Crit and UX Lab are mine end to end.
Which languages?
English and Arabic, left to right and right to left. I have shipped bilingual products and written explainers in both.
Do you take projects?
Yes. I work with product teams on AI features, complex B2B and data products, prototypes in code, design systems and design review tooling, and on brands, websites and mobile apps. Email me at hello@albearhalim.com.
How do you reply?
By email, within two days, from me.

You bring the problem.
I bring the prototype.

A few lines about what you want to fix. The reply comes from me, within two days.
